Nihal Kececi, Software Quality Assurance Specialist   Ms. Kececi currently works at Software Engineering Management Research Laboratory, where she focuses on software quality management for digital instrumentation on control system. She has had three years extensive experience system modeling and analysis, at the University of Maryland, Center for Technology Risk Studies. Especially while working in the nuclear industry, she has had experience with both software requirement analysis and software quality assessment techniques. Ms Kececi also has a strong background on the regulatory aspects of the digital computer-based system designs as well as software quality related standards and regulatory guidelines. Ms. Kececi has M.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering in 1988 and BS degree in Physics from Middle East Technical University/Turkey in 1983. During the last four years, she had extensive training on the software quality, safety, reliability and system modeling issues in Nuclear Regulatory Commission and University of Maryland/USA. .
