Mr. Demir assists LoyaMed's Quality Assessment and TQM Affairs and ensures that the corporates objectives are met. He is responsible for tracking performance of Marketing, Quality Management Systems, set policies in these fields.
He graduated from METU (Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey) as a Chemical Engineer in 1982, he has product/process assurance experience as Quality Management Systems engineer in KORDSA Tire Cord & Industrial Fabric Plant. He implemented TQM and SPC applications throughout the factory. He has following experience as coordinator of implementing " ISO 9001:2000 " in Goodyear tire factory. He is a Quality Management System consultant as well as The Llyod licensed auditor for quality system inspections.
